Ladar Ltd. introduces the Ladar™ Sensor Suite at the International WorkBoat Show

Capt. Lance Savaria, an expert in commercial shipping & regulatory affairs, took part in this year’s International WorkBoat Show on behalf of Ladar Limited. “The International WorkBoat Show was a great success, and I found the entire experience quite beneficial, especially seeing the innovation coming from American and international colleagues. Our introduction of the LadarTM Sensor Suite was well received for its advanced above and below-water security detection capabilities. The system’s combination of sensors and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities led to quite a lot of discussion during the event. I am looking forward to the upcoming commercial and government discussions as we innovate technology into the future”, says Savaria.

Several companies presented their latest products and services for commercial vessel operators, owners, and builders during the three-day event. The discussion during the Think Tank panel indicated that many within the maritime industry are keenly interested in developing functional products while embracing innovation. The dynamic trade conference allowed for meaningful, one-on-one interaction between customers and companies.  This year’s tradeshow gathered more than 800 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors from the commercial marine industry in New Orleans.
